What if there’s no one? What if in 29 years of existence in this cruel planet, no one is ever proud of you. Do you think you already need to accept the fact that you are existing here on earth to be the only one who’s proud of yourself?
All my life, I only want to feel that someone is proud of me, in anything that I do. Got good grades, got an award (in school, office, even sports) but still no one.. The main reason why I strive hard to be the best I can, it’s because I want someone to be proud of me. I wanna feel that I am appreciated. Some will say that they are proud of you but in their actions, you will see and feel that it’s not.
Not to give up, I will give at least one more year for me tho. Then when I reach 30 still there’s no one, then I’ll accept that I am created just to be a person who appreciates and proud of the people I love, but also the person who’ll never be appreciated and will always be taken for granted.
